Return conditions
- An article can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the article.
- The article is in the original packaging (as far as possible).
- The article is complete, not damaged and not worn.
How can I return my article ?
The article can be returned to the address below. Please send us an e-mail before you return an article so advise can be given on which postal service to engage for returns and to ensure prompt refunding.
Do I have to pay when I return an article ?
The return postage will initially be payed by the customer. However on receipt of the article the full amount including return postage based on standard shipping will be refunded. The full refund will only be issued when the article is received complete and undamaged. Returned articles without postage will not be refunded.
Non arrival
Please contact us via e-mail when an article has not arrived. This has to be done within 6 months of purchase in order for a full refund to be issued.
