Delivery

All our products are shipped through the Dutch postal service “PostNL”, under their shipping conditions. All products are shipped from The Netherlands and will be sent using priority mail.

We charge a fixed amount for articles to be sent worldwide and if multiple purchases are made there are no additional costs. The shipping amount will be displayed on checkout.

Items are sent without Track & Trace unless asked for and paid for separately, Track & Trace from The Netherlands costs approximately € 26,=.

Costs for larger items (non jewelry items) are displayed on checkout.

Sometimes custom’s offices at the receiving country will hold the parcel for a short period of time, luckily this rarely happens. The customer is responsible for any custom fees or duties.

Please note items are sent to the address given on billing receipt, if the buyer has given an address which is incorrect, the buyer must wait for all the items to be returned to our return address for a full refund to be given. If this does not happen a full refund cannot be given.
